Rogulus

Rogulus (real name Marek Rogulski, born 1967, Gdańsk): graduate from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Plastic Arts in Gdańsk. Painter, musician, performer, creator of videos and monumental sculptures. In the 1990s he was member of artistic group Ziemia – Mindel – Wurm, Gallery C14, Open Atelier Foundation and cooperated with the Island Gallery. He authored theoretical manifestos of his works in which art is a kind of objectification of the energy of the universe and the artist is seen as a nearly magical figure. Creator of Spiż 7 Gallery and the TNS Foundation in which he completes contemporary art and musical projects.
