Gintarė Radvilavičiūtė (born in 1981). Stage director of the Puppet Theatre, director of events, artist, puppet master, actor. She studied Theatre and Event Directing at Klaipėda University, acquired Bachelor‘s and Master’s degrees. Since 2004 she has been the creative director of Klaipėda Puppet Theatre. In her creative work, she distinguishes herself for original solutions as a stage director; she does not avoid experiments, searches for new forms of theatrical expression. Her creative works are featured in the repertoires of the National Youth Theatre, Kaunas National Drama Theatre and Liepaja (Latvia) Puppet Theatre. She participates in art exhibitions, is a laureate of various awards in the culture field, laureate of international puppet theatre festivals. Member of the Lithuanian National UNIMA Centre. Lives and works in Klaipėda.
